The Event Coordination package is great for clients looking for assistance in the final planning stages before their event. We help ensure that our clients don’t forget about all of those important little details that make each celebration unique.
- Minimum of 2 planning sessions to go over all of the details
- Help create a timeline for the ceremony & reception
- Coordinate with all vendors to ensure everything is ready for the event
- Minimum of 1 staff member present to coordinate rehearsal & ceremony
*This package begins at $500.00 and is designed for clients who have done all of the planning and decorating on their own, but would like some assistance in making sure everything runs smoothly the day of the event.
