We will manage every aspect of the planning process, accompany you to your appointments, if necessary, serve as your point-of-contact person with vendors and perform any legwork on your behalf.

- Prepare a schedule, all timelines & checklists
- Assist with tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Assist with a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
- Locate and book all the vendors
- Coordinate services to ensure everything is provided in a timely manner
- Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors and services
- Assistance with invitations, RSVPs and seating charts
- Prepare itineraries for vendors
- Final walk through with client at wedding and/or reception site
- Prepare final timelines and meetings covering all the details, such as:
- Ceremony planning
- Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
- Inventory all the items for the event, such as: centerpieces, fabrics, photos, guest book, favors, etc.
- Coordinate a team to decorate reception site
- Coordinate a team to tear-down reception site
